Palm Beach Pediatrics, a health care provider specializing in the physical and mental well-being of children and young adults, recently inaugurated a facility in West Palm Beach at 4700 N. Congress Ave., Suite 201.
The practice’s third office joins locations in Boynton Beach and Loxahatchee Groves.
Dr. Shannon Fox-Levine leads the practice and has been the president of the Palm Beach Pediatric Society for a decade.
As a Level III patient-centered home, as determined by the Primary Care Collaborative, Palm Beach Pediatrics follows a health care model distinguished by its patient-centered, culturally sensitive and team-based approach, aiming to coordinate patient care seamlessly. Combining mental health and physical health professionals, the practice advocates for behavioral health services through a care coordination program and cultivates relationships within the local, regional and national medical and behavioral health communities.
In addition to standard office hours, Palm Beach Pediatrics provides evening hours Monday through Thursday and weekend appointments with the goal of minimizing patients’ need for urgent care offices and emergency rooms.
