'Dino Safari' returns to Cox Science Center

Embark on a prehistoric adventure at the “Dino Safari” exhibit at the Cox Science Center and Aquarium, featuring over 30 life-size, animatronic dinosaurs. With hyper-realistic details and roars, the sensor-activated dinosaurs create the feel of a real-life Jurassic Park.

 

Engage in interactive challenges, and explore virtual reality experiences. With hands-on activities for children and families, “Dino Safari” offers a thrilling and educational experience.




 

Admission:

$24, adults; $20, ages 3 to 12; $22, ages 60 and older; free for children under 3 and for Cox members. Click here to purchase tickets.

 

When and Where:

Oct. 14 to April 27, except Thanksgiving and Christmas

Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Located at 4801 Dreher Trail N. in West Palm Beach, the Cox Science Center and Aquarium is undergoing a $40 million expansion that includes a larger and more advanced aquarium, a digital planetarium upgrade, and a STEM education wing. The center also has a 10,000-gallon aquarium featuring local and exotic marine life, as well as an outdoor science trail with a dinosaur walk, gem panning and fossil digs.
