An extension of Elisabetta’s Ristorante, Bar and Pizzeria, Bar Capri is West Palm Beach’s newest rooftop bar. Its panoramic views encompass the Intracoastal Waterfront and Palm Beach Island.
The covered bar area accommodates up to 75 seated people and serves bar bites, pizzas, cocktails, wines and beers. Service begins at 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon Saturday and Sunday.
Lisabet Summa, the corporate culinary director of Big Time Restaurant Group, is the mastermind behind Elisabetta’s. The flagship Elisabetta’s opened in 2019 on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. The West Palm Beach location, 185 Banyan Blvd., is 10,000 square feet with a seating capacity of 300 and a multitier patio that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. A 25-foot fireplace, an indoor/outdoor bar, a 19th-century gelato cart and four vintage gazebos enhance the patio’s ambience.
