Inaugural ‘Jingle & Mingle’ holiday experience at Hilton West Palm Beach

The holiday season is underway, and Hilton West Palm Beach is adding a new tradition to the lineup with Jingle & Mingle, an outdoor holiday bar and event series running through early January. The open-air venue features fire pits, lounge seating, seasonal cocktails, and a full slate of themed programming designed for both adults and families.

Jingle & Mingle offers a dedicated holiday beverage menu, including specialty cocktails such as Santa’s Cocoa Clause (bourbon, hot chocolate, orange liqueur), and S’more the Merrier with Michter’s bourbon and toasted marshmallow cordial.

The seasonal pop-up will host several public programs:

• A Toast to the Season Cocktail Class – Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 6 p.m.

Mixologist Hauk Cornell leads a hands-on class focused on crafting winter-themed cocktails.

• Santa Meet-And-Greet – Thursday Dec 18 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The event includes meet-and-greets with Santa and take-home printed photos, a craft station, hot cocoa and cookies, and an outdoor movie screening of Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch at 7 p.m.

• Ugly Sweater Trivia – Friday, Dec. 19 at 6 p.m.

Good as Gold Events hosts a trivia competition featuring music, prizes, and an ugly sweater contest.

Jingle & Mingle is open to the public Thursdays through Saturdays, Nov. 28, 2025–Jan. 3, 2026, from 5 to 9 p.m. Seating is limited and reservations are available through OpenTable.
