A touch of Parisian flair has arrived at Town Center at Boca Raton with the opening of Parle de Cheveux, a full-service hair salon founded by longtime stylist Corina Valdez. The salon, whose name translates to “hair talk” in French, opened its doors Oct. 1 at 6000 Glades Road, Suite 1111A, and offers a European-inspired approach to South Florida’s beauty scene.

Valdez, 38, has more than 15 years of experience as a hairstylist, with training from top industry leaders. She said the concept was born out of a recent trip to France. “I was so inspired when visiting France. It is so fashion forward in style, food, and the arts,” Valdez said. “I decided to make the salon look like a Parisian version.”

The salon offers a wide range of services, from men’s and women’s cuts to color, highlights, extensions, perms, and face waxing. A signature offering is Magic Sleek, a permanent straightener that is non-toxic, formaldehyde-free, and the only product of its kind in the United States.

Parle de Cheveux distinguishes itself by carrying the Oribe product line, a line often described as the “Rolls Royce” of hair care. The brand is vegan, paraben-free, and known for combining high performance with luxury styling.

“This is going to be a creative environment where hairdressers can innovate,” Valdez added, noting that her team of stylists are supported by a dedicated front desk staff to elevate the client experience.

The opening of Parle de Cheveux also reflects Valdez’s desire to make her salon a hub of continuing education. “Younger people don’t generally own major salons,” she said, “but I want this to be a place where stylists grow and clients always benefit from the latest techniques.”

Parle de Cheveux is positioning itself as a destination for those who see hair care as both personal expression and luxury.

Appointments can be made by calling 561-727-4455. Visitors should park outside Neiman Marcus, enter the mall to the left of Neiman’s, and look for the red clock; the salon is located just east of Journey’s and across from Foot Locker. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
