In partnership with Baptist Health South Florida, Spatober: The Palm Beaches Wellness Month is transforming Palm Beach County into a wellness and fitness haven for October. A variety of activities can help residents and visitors find spa deals, fitness pop-up events, group meditation sessions, healthy dining options and more.

No matter how you define wellness, there is something for you in October in Palm Beach County.

The following are participating venues:

Eau Palm Beach: The Eau Endless Summer Package can make your mind and body feel like it’s summer all year long. Enjoy a 60-minute self-centered massage and a 60-minute essence facial for $400. Available Monday through Thursday throughout the month. Call 561-540-4960.

The Seagate Spa: Get a complimentary 30-minute coconut oil scalp ritual when you book a 60-minute massage or facial for $160. Guests receive all-day access to the hotel pool, whirlpool, pool bar, fitness center, tranquility room and steam room.

The Spa at Tideline: Get the Sun Kissed Glow, a 50-minute essential-oil-infused full-body cleanse and scrub followed by a 50-minute massage, for $260.

The Brazilian Court Salon: Receive 25% off facials at Palm Beach’s most secluded hotel. Reservations are required, and mention Spatober at the time of booking. Call 561-833-9930.

The Spa at PGA National: The offers include a fresh apricot mani/pedi for $105, customized facials and eye treatments for $195, and an orange blossom aromatherapy massage with a foot and leg scrub for $215. All prices are valid Monday through Friday.

The Boca Raton Spa Palmera: A $500 credit is available toward the 50,000-square-foot spa that includes 44 treatment rooms, a private spa pool, tranquil gardens and a waterfall whirlpool, inspired by the grandeur of Spain's Alhambra Palace. Spa package is included with any two-night stay.

If you prefer fitness activities to feel your best, you can join Jade Wonzo every Wednesday in October at The Square from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Bring a mat, towel and water, and arrive early because capacity is limited.

Yoga in the Park at Sanborn Square in Boca Raton is scheduled for Oct. 8 at 9 a.m. All levels are invited to attend this special class led by Leslie Glickman.

On Oct. 14, a family fitness event is being held at the Schoolhouse Children’s Museum and Learning Center in Boynton Beach with fun fitness activities for kids. The event is free and includes prize giveaways.

The Hilton West Palm Beach is partnering with 1Fitness on Oct. 1 to offer free fitness and wellness classes. Visit www.1wpb.com/hiit-classes to register.

Other events include sound bath meditation at the Eau Palm Beach Spa; an evening hosted by Be You Disco that includes a cacao ceremony, meditation, intention setting and dancing underneath the full moon; a Be One With Nature yoga class at Busch Wildlife Sanctuary; and a Women’s Health and Wellness panel in The Square.

“We encourage residents and visitors to take this time to explore the Palm Beaches, no matter what wellness means to you, including rest and relaxation at one of our award-winning spas, rejuvenating outdoor experiences like paddleboarding around Peanut Island, or prioritizing a healthy meal using locally sourced ingredients,” says Jorge Pesquera, the CEO of DIscover the Palm Beaches. “With so many opportunities to practice wellness in the Palm Beaches, October will leave residents and visitors more relaxed and centered before the holidays.”
