Palm Beach Zoo launches Wild Night Out series

Adults looking to swap the usual bar scene for an evening with cocktails, live music and wildlife can head to Palm Beach Zoo this summer for the debut of its new Wild Night Out series.

The after-hours experience kicks off Saturday, June 27, from 6 to 9 p.m. and will continue on the last Saturday of June, July, August and September. Open exclusively to guests age 21 and older, the monthly events promise themed entertainment, creative drinks and the chance to experience the zoo in a different light.

This month's inaugural event will feature a Country Night theme.

As evening settles over the zoo, guests will be able to stroll glow-lit pathways while enjoying live music and DJs, specialty cocktails, craft brews and a variety of food offerings available for purchase. 

Organizers say each month will bring a new theme, along with fresh surprises designed to keep visitors coming back.

In addition to the entertainment, attendees will have opportunities for after-hours encounters with some of the zoo's animals and can learn more about wildlife from the zoo's zoologists.

Admission is $25 for non-members and $20 for Palm Beach Zoo members. Food and beverages are sold separately.

Beyond providing a unique night out, the event also supports the zoo's mission, with proceeds helping fund animal care and wildlife conservation efforts.

Wild Night Out will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. on June 27, July 25, Aug. 29 and Sept. 26 at Palm Beach Zoo, located at 1301 Summit Blvd. in West Palm Beach.
