Royal Palm Beach Rock-N-Fall Festival is postponed to Oct. 8 and 9.

Royal Palm Beach Commons Park is holding the scary-fun Rock-N-Fall Festival for all ages Oct. 8 and 9.

The first day of the festival consists of live music, food vendors and a diverse selection of beer and other alcohol. The event begins at 5 p.m. with Aerosmith tribute band Jaded, whose members give it their all to match the energy and power of the Boston rock band. A Kiss tribute band follows at 7:30 p.m. Kiss, which formed in 1973 in New York, is known for iconic face paint and flashy outfits.

The “fall” half of the festival runs from 1 to 9 p.m. Oct. 9 with fun activities including train rides, a corn maze, a petting zoo, a bounce house, a Ferris wheel, a fun slide, a carnival game trailer, live entertainment and the FunZone for kids.

Are you an artist? The pumpkin carving contest begins at 1 p.m. and is open to the first 100 people who sign up.

Do you and your pets love to dress up and get creative? Starting at 3 p.m., pets can show off their Halloween looks in the pet costume contest. The human costume contest follows at 4.

From 7 to 9 p.m., The Long Run pays tribute to American rock band The Eagles, who began their career in the early 1970s. The Long Run, named for The Eagles’ sixth studio album, is made up of musicians John Tillman, Del Mize, Kevin Kelly, Andrew Russell and Jonathan C. Washam.

In addition to the Rock-N-Fall Festival, Commons Park hosts the Catskill Haunts Haunted House from 7 to 11 p.m. on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, as well as Oct. 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29. Commons Park is at 11600 Poinciana Blvd. in Royal Palm Beach. Check out royalpalmbeach.com for more information.
