A powerful new exhibition is set to transport visitors back in time to one of history’s most iconic and tragic journeys. Titanic: An Immersive Voyage, now open at South Florida PBS in Boynton Beach, offers a deeply engaging, technology-driven experience that reimagines the Titanic for a modern audience.
The exhibition features authentic artifacts, detailed 3D recreations, video animations and interactive elements that allow visitors to explore the grandeur and ultimate fate of the famed ocean liner. Designed to go beyond traditional museum displays, the experience provides a vivid, multi-sensory look at what life was like aboard the Titanic.
One of the exhibition’s most compelling features is an optional virtual reality experience, where guests can embark on a simulated submersible dive 2.5 miles beneath the ocean’s surface to view the Titanic wreck site.
The exhibition also broadens the narrative beyond the Titanic itself, highlighting the roles of key figures and vessels connected to the disaster. Visitors will learn about the Titanic’s sister ships, Olympic and Britannic, as well as the rescue ship Carpathia and the nearby Californian, whose inaction remains a subject of historical debate. Even the iceberg takes on a narrative role, with its journey traced from formation to its eventual disappearance in the Atlantic.
Located at South Florida PBS Studios, 3401 S. Congress Ave., the exhibition runs daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a typical visit lasting between 45 and 90 minutes. The experience is recommended for guests ages five and older.
Admission is priced at $45 for adults, $35 for seniors, students, military members and first responders, and free for children 12 and under. Group discounts are also available. Parking at the venue is complimentary.
With its combination of storytelling, technology and historical insight, Titanic: An Immersive Voyage offers a compelling opportunity to engage with one of the most unforgettable events of the 20th century.
