Hosted on the new pickleball courts at Greenbriar Park (2975 Greenbriar Blvd.), the Village of Wellington’s free “Learn to Play Pickleball” clinics started in February have now expanded through the end of the year.
The clinic includes hands-on lessons that teach the rules, basic strategies, and serving techniques of America’s fastest-growing sport. The clinics are open to all ages and experience levels, and equipment is provided by the Village.
Participants can sign up through the Village’s CivicRec online catalog at wellingtonfl.gov/CivicRec.
Upcoming Clinic Dates
Saturday, November 8 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Tuesday, December 16 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
After each session, players are encouraged to stick around for open play. It’s a perfect opportunity to practice new skills, meet fellow players, and enjoy Greenbriar Park's six hard-surface pickleball courts.
Greenbriar Park also offers a dog park, four sand volleyball courts, and an open multipurpose fields.
