Wellington recently launched its redesigned website, Wellingtonfl.gov, a digital hub designed to provide residents, businesses and visitors with faster, more accessible and seamless access to essential services. With a sleek, mobile-responsive design and an emphasis on user experience, the revamped website aims to enhance community engagement and improve access to village resources.

The redesign brings a host of improvements. The interactive landing page highlights key features, including:

• Quick access buttons for essential services, such as permit applications, bill payments, program registration and meeting agendas.

• Enhanced search functionality with an intuitive, task-oriented navigation structure.

• Mobile-responsive design, allowing for seamless access to village services from computer, tablet or smartphone.

• ADA-compliant accessibility features to meet national standards for usability, with optimized colors, layouts and content for all users.

• Latest news, keeping residents and businesses informed about events, announcements and community initiatives.

With these enhancements, Wellington is making it more convenient for users to interact with the village.

As part of the website overhaul, Wellington has introduced a dedicated Parks & Recreation Department landing page, streamlining access to recreation programs.

The page provides quick links to:

• Activity registration for community classes, camps and recreational programs.

• Aquatics programs, including swim lessons, water aerobics and lifeguard training.

• Athletics and tennis offerings, with information on leagues, tournaments and classes.

• Event listings for village-sponsored activities and seasonal celebrations.

• Facility rentals, making it easy to book venues for special occasions and community gatherings.

The redesign of Wellingtonfl.gov was developed in partnership with CivicPlus, a leading provider of government website solutions.
