- Remove the pillow cover, gently pre-treat any stains with warm soapy water, then machine wash it on a normal cycle at up to 40°C (104°F). Avoid bleach and dry-cleaning; tumble dry on low and use low heat if ironing or steaming. Fluff the pillow to reshape it before reassembling.
