Inspired Living at Royal Palm Beach continues their calendar of activities on Nov. 16 when their facility on Southern Blvd turns into a casino hall.
Casino night will feature such games as blackjack, poker and craps, all for a $10 donation. Attendees can enjoy light bites, themed cocktails, prizes, networking, tours of the facility, local art and a silent auction.

Proceeds benefit Delmar Farm (delmarfarm.org), a nonprofit equine and farm animal sanctuary in Loxahatchee dedicated to providing lifelong homes to its animal residents.
Delmar has more than 60 rescued, senior and special-needs horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, sheep and dogs. Regular activities are geared toward horseback riding, education and wellness.
“Our independent living rehabilitation program residents had a delightful outing to the farm a few months ago,” says Christy Zillmer, the sales director at Inspired Living at Royal Palm Beach. “We learned that the owner could use support for her rescue mission, so we wanted to be a part of her farm’s continued success for the community.”
U.S. News & World Report honored the Inspired Living’s Royal Palm Beach community with its Best Assisted Living and Best Memory Care awards for 2022-23.
The facility’s studio and one-bedroom apartments range from 360 to 620 square feet, and residents are allowed to bring a cat or dog weighing less than 30 pounds, with staff approval.
Nutritious, chef-prepared meals are available in apartments or the dining room. A weekly calendar of activities focuses on the Thrive wellness program’s six dimensions: social, physical, intellectual, emotional, purposeful and spiritual.
