A $123 million project, Nora, recently broke ground in downtown West Palm Beach.

Nora is named for North Railroad Avenue and will feature adaptive uses of old warehouse spaces just north of the central business district and adjacent to the Flagler Memorial Bridge. Nora is set to open in 2024.

NDT Development and Place Projects are spearheading the district in collaboration with Wheelock Street Capital. The first phase has 154,000 square-feet of retail and office space. Phase 2 includes 600 residential units.

Plans call for cobblestone streets and an expansive park designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica.

Nora borders Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard to the north, North Dixie Highway to the east, Quadrille Boulevard to the south and the Florida East Coast Railway to the west.
