Palm Beach Improv is settling into its new Wellington home with a lineup that brings television favorites, podcast personalities and rising comedy stars to the stage.
The club operated at CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach for more than two decades before closing in 2023 for redevelopment. Its new home at The Mall at Wellington Green, 10300 Forest Hill Blvd., is on the upper level near CMX Cinemas with a 450-seat showroom.

Photographs of Wellington and Palm Beach decorate the walls, including images of polo horses, the Flagler Bridge and The Breakers hotel.
In addition to a bar, the club has a full kitchen serving items from nachos and wings to a Cajun chicken sandwich with bacon, caramelized onions and chipotle aioli and braised short ribs with mashed potatoes and vegetables to cheesecake and chocolate mousse cake.
Copper Blues Rock Pub & Kitchen next door provides the option to combine a comedy show with music.
Ralph Barbosa performs Nov. 6 and 7 at the Improv, bringing the laid-back delivery familiar to viewers of his Netflix special, “Cowabunga.”
Also scheduled in November are Suzanne Lambert, Nov. 11; Jeff Dye, Nov. 12; Chris D’Elia, Nov. 13 to 15; Tony Baker, Nov. 19; Danny Gonzalez, Nov. 20 and 21; and Adam Carolla, Nov. 27 to 29.
December performers include Damon Wayans from Dec. 3 to 6, Trey Kennedy on Dec. 18 and 19, and Gianmarco Soresi on Dec. 30 and 31.
The Day Players bring live music to the venue Jan. 20. Actors Eric Martsolf, Brandon Barash, Carson Boatman and Scott Reeves perform a 90-minute acoustic concert. Select ticket packages include meet-and-greet opportunities.

The club also offers “Comedy Class 101.” A session beginning Nov. 7 meets Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for five weeks, followed by a performance before an audience in the sixth week. The $275 course is open to beginners and people with experience, with enrollment limited to 15 students.
