Promise Fund, a South Florida non-profit co-founded by Ambassador Nancy G. Brinker, has appointed Jacqueline Marsan as Executive Director.

Marsan brings more than 30 years of experience leading multi-site ambulatory clinics and public health systems. She most recently served for 13 years as Assistant County Health Department Director and Chief of Operations for the Palm Beach County Health Department, where she oversaw multi-site clinical operations and system-wide performance strategies.

"Jacqueline brings a strong combination of leadership, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to this work," says Ambassador Brinker. "Her expertise will be instrumental in strengthening our programs, expanding partnerships and advancing our mission in the communities we serve."

Marsan has served as Chair of the Lake Okeechobee Rural Health Network Governing Board and as a HRSA Grant Reviewer.

"My philosophy is to lead with purpose, build with intention and measure what matters," says Marsan. "I'm honored to join Promise Fund and to be part of a community so deeply committed to the work of getting underserved women the care they need."

Founded in 2018, Promise Fund serves underserved women in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin Counties. The organization focuses on increasing survivorship from cervical and breast cancer by providing guided support, access to screenings, early detection, treatment and follow-up care.
