More than 200 guests gathered at Wycliffe Golf and Country Club to celebrate a milestone anniversary and support local families during Quantum House's 25th annual Culinary Creations fundraiser, which raised more than $220,000 for Palm Beach County's only pediatric hospitality home.
Presented by Patriot Growth Insurance Services, the signature fundraising event brought together renowned chefs, community leaders and philanthropists for an evening of fine dining and philanthropy, helping ensure that families with children receiving specialized medical treatment have a place to stay and find support close to their child's care.

Produced in partnership with the American Culinary Federation Palm Beach Chapter and chaired by Jeff Simms, executive chef of banquets at The Breakers Palm Beach, the event featured 70 chefs representing some of Palm Beach County's most respected restaurants, country clubs and hospitality organizations.
"What makes Culinary Creations so special is the collaboration behind it," Simms says. "Every chef brings something unique to the table, creating an unforgettable experience for guests while supporting a cause that means so much to all of us."
Guests sampled an array of dishes throughout the evening, including fresh sushi, lobster medallions, paella Valenciana, herb-encrusted lamb and seafood specialties prepared by the participating chefs. The culinary experience concluded with a popular dessert room featuring four stations offering specialty cakes, handcrafted chocolates, macarons, cookies and other confections.

Among those sharing personal reflections was Rick Neyman, managing principal of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, who spoke about his family's experience caring for a child with a heart defect.
"When I learned about Quantum House, it instantly resonated with me because I experienced life without it," Neyman says. "My first child was born with a heart defect, and our family spent years in and out of hospitals. Between finding a place to sleep, affording hotels and meals, and spending days and nights at the hospital, I understand firsthand how difficult that journey can be."
