As Quantum House marks its 25th anniversary, the nonprofit’s signature fundraising event, Culinary Creations, will return June 1 to Wycliffe Golf and Country Club for an evening showcasing some of Palm Beach County’s top culinary talent in support of families facing medical crises.
Presented by Patriot Growth Insurance Services, the chef-driven event benefits Quantum House’s mission of providing a “home away from home” for families whose children are receiving medical treatment in Palm Beach County.
Produced in partnership with the American Culinary Federation Palm Beach Chapter, Culinary Creations has grown into one of the region’s premier philanthropic dining events.

This year’s event is led by Jeff Simms, executive chef of banquets at The Breakers Palm Beach, who said the event reflects the hospitality industry’s commitment to caring for others.
“When you work in hospitality, caring for people is at the heart of everything you do,” Simms said. “Supporting Quantum House brings that to life in a meaningful way. This event allows us to come together as a culinary community and give back to families who need it most.”
The evening will feature tasting stations and cocktail offerings from leading chefs across the region, along with a live auction and a “call to the heart” fundraising appeal.
Participating culinary teams include chefs from The Breakers Palm Beach, The Breakers West Country Club, The Crane Club at Tesoro, Echo Palm Beach, Delray Dunes Golf and Country Club, Stonebridge Country Club and Wycliffe Golf and Country Club.
Greg Quattlebaum said the organization’s mission is centered on easing the burden families face while caring for seriously ill children.
“Our goal is to remove one of the biggest stressors families face during a medical crisis — where to stay,” Quattlebaum said. “During our 25th anniversary year, events like Culinary Creations are especially meaningful as they allow us to reflect on the thousands of families we’ve served and continue building support for the future.”
Located on the campus of St. Mary's Medical Center, Quantum House serves approximately 1,500 families annually and provides more than 8,000 nights of lodging each year for families traveling from across the country and abroad for pediatric medical care.
Families often stay for an average of six weeks, allowing them to remain close to their child during treatment without the financial strain and logistical challenges associated with long-term lodging.
Tickets for Culinary Creations are $325 per person, and sponsorship opportunities are available.
