The Wellington Bacon & Bourbon Festival will relocate to the Village of Wellington Town Center & Amphitheater for its 12th annual edition on Feb. 14 and 15 offering an expanded footprint and new attractions for what has become one of South Florida's premier culinary events.
The two-day festival, which has been featured on The Cooking Channel's Carnival Eats, will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The event annually draws thousands of attendees to sample more than 40 premium bourbons and whiskeys alongside bacon-inspired dishes prepared by local chefs.
Menu offerings range from the Forever Roasted Bourbon BBQ Pork & Bacon Sandwich to candied bacon on a stick and innovative desserts that organizers say push the boundaries of comfort food creativity.

New additions for 2026 include an expanded Bourbon Pavilion, a Bacon Bar featuring what organizers describe as "crispy creations," and the debut of "The Backroom," billed as an elevated bar and blackjack gaming experience. The festival will also feature an Airstream Cigar Lounge, a Chesaco RV showcase, and additional space for artisan vendors, craft cocktails and live entertainment.
The festival operates through a partnership with nonprofit volunteer organizations that handle event setup, teardown, cleanup and operational support. Participating groups receive fundraising dollars based on volunteer participation and total hours contributed.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Explorers have been designated as the 2026 volunteer beneficiary organization.
Festival organizers have outlined a list of permitted items, including small bags no larger than 12 by 12 by 6 inches, refillable non-glass water bottles (which must be empty upon entry), baby food or medical dietary items in approved containers, service animals, single collapsible lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas, non-professional cameras without removable lenses, wheelchairs, medical scooters and strollers.
The Village of Wellington Town Center & Amphitheater is located at 12100 Forest Hill Boulevard in Wellington. Additional information is available through the festival's official channels.
