A Palm Beach County tradition is set to bloom as Mounts Botanical Garden welcomes guests to its Fall Plant Sale & Festival on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 1 and 2. The event is held at the garden’s 20-acre oasis at 531 North Military Trail in West Palm Beach. The festival includes two full days of shopping, learning, live music, and community fun.

Visitors can browse an extensive selection of plants from rare orchids and native butterfly plants to fruit trees, bonsai, succulents, and exotic ornamentals.

“This event truly celebrates our community’s passion for plants and sustainable gardening,” says Mounts Botanical Garden Executive Director Rochelle Wolberg. “It’s a wonderful way to connect with nature, support local vendors, and bring home something beautiful that will thrive in our South Florida climate.”

Saturday morning, attendees can ease into the day with the soothing piano melodies of Barbara Gomulka (8–11 a.m.), followed by a talk on “Butterflies in Our Garden” at 11 a.m. with Teri Jabour, president of the Atala Chapter of the North American Butterfly Association. The afternoon will feature high-energy reggae rhythms from Marijah and the Reggae All-Stars (1–3:45 p.m.)

Sunday brings more live music from Ashleigh and Connor (9 a.m.–12 p.m.), known for their creative spin on rock, blues, and reggae classics, before Marijah and her band return for an encore performance (1–3:45 p.m.).

Also at 1 p.m., ChrisAnne Rivers, a UF/IFAS Florida Master Gardener Volunteer, will lead an informative session on “Gardening for Native Bees,” offering tips on how to attract and support pollinators with native plants.

Throughout the weekend, families can also enjoy arts and crafts, games, and a variety of food and beverage vendors. Visitors are encouraged to explore the Garden’s Gift Shop, Nursery, and Vintage Garden Thrift Shop for unique horticultural treasures, home décor, and gifts.
