The Nora District development in downtown West Palm Beach has announced four more tenants opening in 2025: LUCE, Pompanos, SWEAT440 and Warby Parker.
LUCE is a fine jewelry boutique blending tradition with modern sophistication. Rooted in four generations of jewelry expertise through New York’s Kravit Jewelers, LUCE offers a curated selection of contemporary fine jewelry at prices ranging from $200 to more than $10,000. The inventory includes everyday items, statement pieces and sustainably sourced vintage designs. LUCE’s first location will open in an 800-square-foot space at 985 N. Railroad Ave. this fall.
Pompanos is a fashion boutique launched in Palm Beach by industry veteran Paul DiGiovanni. Known for its elevated, everyday elegance, Pompanos offers ready-to-wear collections, accessories, and exclusive, limited-edition designs, many selected or designed by DiGiovanni. The boutique will move to a 775-square-foot space at 1070 N. Railroad Ave. this fall.
SWEAT440 adds a fitness element to the district with high-intensity group training. Founded by fitness professionals Matthew Miller and Cody Patrick, SWEAT440 offers 40-minute classes that combine strength training, cross-training and high-intensity interval training and are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. With workouts starting every 10 minutes, SWEAT440 aims to accommodate any schedules. The 2,850-square-foot studio at 905 N. Railroad Ave. will expand the brand’s presence across South Florida sometime this year.
National eyewear retailer Warby Parker will open its fourth Palm Beach County location in 1,820 square feet at 1040 N. Railroad Ave. Known for modern, fashion-forward eyewear and comprehensive eye exams, Warby Parker is committed to social impact through its “Buy a Pair, Give a Pair” program, which has donated more than 15 million pairs of glasses.
“The addition of these tenants continues to shape Nora into a destination where visitors and locals alike can enjoy a wide variety of experiences,” says Francis Scire, Nora’s head of leasing.
Set to open before the end of the year, the first phase of the Nora District will deliver more than 100,000 square feet of retail space and 55,000 square feet of second-floor office space. Confirmed restaurants, retail brands and boutique services include Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar, H&H Bagels, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Juliana’s Pizza, IGK Hair Salon and Le Labo.
In late 2026, Nora plans to open the 201-room Nora Hotel, developed in partnership with BD Hotels and Sean MacPherson. The hotel’s signature restaurant, Pastis, will bring a Parisian brasserie concept to West Palm Beach under the leadership of James Beard Award-winning restaurateur Stephen Starr.
Developed by NDT Development, Place Projects and Wheelock Street Capital, the Nora District is transforming a former warehouse corridor along North Railroad Avenue into a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood.
