Wellington lawyer establishes marital practice in West Palm Beach

Wellington resident Caryn A. Stevens established a law firm specializing in marital issues with longtime associate Eddie Stephens in downtown West Palm Beach earlier this year.


Lawyer Gina Szapucki is among the associates working for Stephens & Stevens.


Stevens was nominated for Best Divorce Attorney in the Palm Beach Post’s Best of Palm Beach County for 2022. She served as a mental health counselor, school guidance counselor and counselor for the Department of Children & Families for 12 years before becoming a family law attorney. Her specialties include dissolution of marriage, domestic violence, child custody, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and child relocation.


Stephens is a board-certified family law attorney with 25 years’ experience. He earned the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating, citing his ethical standards and ability. He is on the board of directors of the Center for Child Counseling and the board of governors for Leadership Palm Beach County.


Stephens’ specialties include child and spousal support, child custody and visitation, child relocation, same-sex marriage and prenuptial agreements.
